Bird with a Bump

Hey Guys, back to England for This is a special post to introduce Our last and by no means the least Bird of Chona and that is Paddy. As you can see Our fellow bird is carrying a special delivery and we are all eagerly anticipating the arrival of the baby. Its a true surprise as we don't know the sex of the baby but rest assured there are several bets as to where it will be a bouncy baby boy or girl. Congratulations to Our Fellow Bird and off course to Mister Hubby too.

Paris Photo Diary - Day One

Day one in Paris consisted of mine and Monica's first bus ride around Paris! Aunty Jo kindly took us around, after a bit of walking we found this lovely restaurant Chez Clément. We had Farmhouse Terrine and Tabouleh with shrimp as starters, we all then decided to have the same main Stake and fries! I cant even tell you how scrumptious it was!

We then walked to Arc De Triomphe which was so gorgeous to look at! Ofcourse we took a lot of snapshots lol, there were a lot of laughs shared on this day. But the icing on the cake was finally getting to lay my eyes on the Eiffel Tower, it so huge! I've Seen it on TV since I was a little girl, but seeing it in person is completely different, it met all my expectations! We ended the day on a sweet note by getting Ice Cream! YUMMY! The weather has been Epic since we've been here, we've done so many new things which has been refreshing! I'll be sharing another photo diary of day two soon! Au Revoir

Comptoir Libanais

Hello Folks another post just to show how much we birds are loving the Hot Weather right now. London has been brilliant and the Sun has been shining Non stop for the last couple of weeks. We took a quick trip to Central London and wanted to share some photos captured using Paddy's Samsung S5 as we forgot our beloved Canon 600D at home. There was also some lovely Art Work on the Walls of the meeting location we were having and couldnt resist taking a few photos alongside them. Bubu pulled off some lovely accents of Red with her outfit which went well with her new fresh summery pixie haircut. We took a walk around Carnaby Street and stopped by few shops to sniff some new perfumes along the way and had dinner at Comptoir Lebanais which served some lovely tasting Lebanese food.

"Tony Kitous – credited with putting the glamour into Middle Eastern cuisine at his Levant, Pasha and Kenza restaurants – now brings Lebanese home-style dishes to the High Street with his Comptoir Libanais canteens and delicatessens.

It’s an idea that’s been brewing in his mind for some time. As Tony says, “It’s something I’ve always wanted to do. It’s food that’s affordable and easy to know – healthy, light and you can enjoy it every day of the week. Comptoir Libanais means Lebanesse counter and that’s exactly what it is: somewhere you can eat casually, with no fuss.”

More photos of the other Birds coming soon to the blog.x
